Marnie Powell lives in West Grove, Pennsylvania and has been involved in Search and Rescue since September, 2001, just before the horrible attack on the World Trade Center.

Marnie is Sartech II certified through NASAR and is also trained in FUNSAR, Map & Compass/Grid Search (DCNR Certification), Managing Search Operations (DCNR) and CPR/First Aid.  In addition to being a member of CJTRT, she is also a member of a search group called Middle Creek Search and Rescue based out of Delaware/Chester/Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where she is a member of the K-9 team.  She has also volunteered with Brookline Labrador Retriever Rescue based in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania and has been saving homeless labs for about 3 years.

Delta is currently training in trailing.  She also lives with another Lab mix, a Border Collie mix and very frequently foster dogs on their way to a new home.
